Meet The Kids Garden Staff

Kids Garden is a licensed preschool and child care center in the heart of Ann Arbor. We provide a warm, secure, and nurturing environment for all of our children and their families. Our program is a blend of child and teacher initiated activities with a play-based curriculum. Given our especially diverse student body and staff, we also place particular emphasis on intercultural understanding, geography, and foreign languages in our preschool curriculum. Our parents say that it’s not only our competitive rates, but our experienced, certified and caring staff that really makes Kids Garden the perfect place for their children.

Mrs. Iman

Iman is our Director. She is a certified teacher with over 15 years of experience in teaching children of all ages. She has been running Kids Garden for the last 5 years and is available if you have any questions or concerns. You can contact her through the contact page here.

Ms. Megan

Megan has been a teaching assistant in the preschool classroom for one and a half years. She is a senior at the University of Michigan, studying Comparative Literature, with emphasis on French and English gender studies. Following graduation she will be taking the Teaching Certification exam and will teach Elementary school in Houston, Texas. She especially enjoys working with the children on pre-literacy development and social-emotional skills.

Ms. Nabila

Ms. Nabila is our infant toddler assistant teacher since October. She is the mother of 3 of her own children and has cared for many friends and neighbors children.  Ms. Nabila is originally from Algeria and has lived in the United States for 10 years. She enjoys watching the children learn and grow while in her care.
